You can find Rajesh Estates & Properties on New Thippasandra Main Road. We are based on the 1st floor of the Sri Vinayaka Complex, at number 806/2A. It is a busy building with a lot of people coming and going. We have been working out of this office for a good number of years. Mostly, we spend our time talking to folks about houses or land they want to buy or sell. It involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls, which can get a bit tiring, but it is what we know. The office isn't anything special. We have some chairs for people to sit and a couple of desks with files piled up. Sometimes it feels a bit crowded when a whole family comes in to discuss a property. New Thippasandra is a great area, and we like being right on the main road. It makes it easy for people to drop by after work. We don't do big advertisements or have a flashy website. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who have known us for a while. We just tell it like it is regarding prices and the state of the market around here. It is a straightforward way of doing business. If you are walking along the main road, just look for the Sri Vinayaka Complex and head up the stairs. We are usually there from morning until the shops start closing up.
