Rajdhani Real Estate is based on the first floor of building 197/1 in Jayanagar. Specifically, we’re on 27th Cross in the 8 B Main area. It is a busy part of the city, and we have been working from this office for several years. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs, but once you get here, you’ll find a very basic and honest setup. We aren’t bothered about having a fancy reception or polished floors. We just have our desks and a lot of maps of the local area. Dealing with real estate in Jayanagar means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are looking for their first home, while others just need a small space for a business. We try to keep our conversations simple and straightforward. There are no corporate slogans here. We just look at what you need and see if we have something that matches in our files. The traffic outside can be quite loud during the rush hours, but we’ve gotten used to the hum of the city.
