Rajatha Realtors is our office located at 671 Rajaji Nagar. We are quite close to the Navarang Theater, which is a big landmark that most people know. If you are familiar with this part of the city, you have probably passed by our door many times. We mostly handle property matters in this neighborhood. Real estate can be a real headache for people, so we try to keep things as straightforward as possible. I have lived in Rajaji Nagar for most of my life. I know which streets stay quiet and which ones are loud at night. People come to us when they are looking to buy or rent a place nearby. We don't have a big, flashy office with glass walls or fancy furniture. It is just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. My neighbor often drops in for a cup of tea in the afternoon. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out walking the streets to show houses to folks. It involves a lot of legwork. Sometimes a deal goes through very quickly, and other times it can take months of waiting. We don't try to hide the flaws in a property. If a place has a leaky roof or old plumbing, we will tell you. It is better to be honest about those things. We just want to help people find a decent place to stay.
