Our office is at 324 Banaswadi, quite close to the L B Nagar Bus Stop. It’s a handy landmark because everyone knows where the bus stops. We’ve been dealing with property around here for a good while. It’s a lot of walking around and looking at boundaries. We keep our records in big ledgers and some on the computer too. We know the local owners and which plots have good water or clear titles. Sometimes the negotiations take forever and we end up staying in the office until late at night. It’s not a fancy place, just a few chairs and a table with a map of the layout on it. We don't spend money on big ads. Most people find us because their cousin or neighbor told them about us. We like it that way. It’s a local business run by local people who just want to make a living and help others find a place to stay.
