Raj Estates Property Consultants

We set up Raj Estates Property Consultants at number 41 on Kamaraja Road. It’s a busy street and there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve been working from this same spot for quite a few years now. The office isn't anything fancy to look at. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that are getting full, and a lot of maps on the walls. Being a property consultant means we spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting folks at different sites. Kamaraja Road is a good central place to be. It makes it easy for people to drop in when they are passing through. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People just know we are here. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the road work outside, but we just clean it up and keep going. We handle the usual stuff like helping people figure out where to move or what to do with their land. It can be a bit of a headache with all the different laws, but we just take it one step at a time. The local tea stall guy usually knows where we are if the door happens to be locked for a few minutes while we are out. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our daily work and keeping the records straight for whoever needs them.
