You’ll find Rahil Real Estate over in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. We are at number 382, right on the 7th Cross and 29th Main. It’s a great neighborhood with a lot going on. BTM is known for being a bit of a hub, and our street is no exception. We’ve been working out of this office for a while now, and we’ve become a regular part of the scenery. The office is pretty straightforward—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps of the local blocks. We don’t bother with much decoration. Most of the time we are busy with people asking about rentals or looking to buy a place in the 2nd Stage. BTM can be a bit of a maze if you don’t know it, so we spend a lot of time giving directions to people who look lost. We aren’t a big company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us who know this area really well. We like the fact that we can walk to most of the properties we show. It keeps us connected to the streets and the people living here. We don’t use any corporate jargon. If a place has a leaky tap or a noisy neighbor, we usually know about it and we’ll tell you. It’s just easier to be upfront about things. That’s how we’ve always run Rahil Real Estate, and it seems to work out just fine for everyone.
