Raghavendra Travels & City Taxi operates out of number 9 in Mahavir Nagar, which is right in the Electronic City area. It’s a busy little setup we have here. We mostly spend our time coordination where the cars are and making sure the drivers have their schedules for the day. Our main thing is helping people get around the city or making sure they reach the airport on time for their flights. Electronic City traffic can be a real pain, so we’re always checking the maps and trying to figure out which road is blocked today. We have a small fleet and the drivers have been with us for a good while, so they know the shortcuts through the backlanes. The office is just a small room with a phone that rings quite a lot and some logs where we write down the trips. We aren't like those big app-based taxi companies with millions of cars, we are just a local business trying to provide a reliable ride. Sometimes a car needs a repair or a driver takes a day off, and we have to shuffle things around quickly. It’s a bit of a juggle every day. We also do some corporate trips for the tech companies nearby. It’s straightforward work, just driving and keeping the vehicles clean. We’ve been at this spot in Mahavir Nagar for years and people know where to find us.
