We sit here in Rajajinagar at number 263. It is a busy spot right near the Karur Vysya Bank. Most days start with opening the shutters and cleaning the desks. The noise from the street comes in all day. We have lots of files stacked up on the shelves. People come in to ask about houses or plots around this part of town. Sometimes the tea man comes by twice. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a few chairs and a table where we look at maps and papers. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons but the fan works okay. You can see the bank from our front door. It helps people find us when they get lost on these backstreets. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The walls could use some paint, honestly. Every morning there is a bit of a rush with the traffic outside. We just deal with the local property stuff. It isn’t very complicated work but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Usually, we are just talking to neighbors or showing someone a place nearby. It is a regular office life here in Rajajinagar. We know the shopkeepers next door and the area is quite familiar to us. Most of the time we are just sitting with paperwork or waiting for the phone to ring. That is just how it goes here at our place.
