Raghavendra Caffe

You can find us right by the Ejjipura Bus Stop in Vivek Nagar, at number 57. Being Raghavendra Caffe means we see a lot of people just passing through. The bus stop is always crowded, so there is a lot of noise and dust coming in from the street. We open up pretty early because that’s when the commuters are around. It’s a small place, so it fills up fast. There is usually a line for coffee or tea in the mornings. We try to keep up, but sometimes the stove takes a minute. The tables are basic and we don't really decorate much. We focus more on making sure the snacks are ready and the tea is hot. It gets pretty loud with the buses pulling in and out right outside the door. Some people sit for a while, while others are in a big hurry to catch their ride. We have a few regulars who come in every single day at the same time. We know their orders before they even speak. It is a bit of a chaotic spot, but we are used to it by now. The floor gets dirty quick with everyone walking in, so we are always sweeping. It’s just a normal neighborhood cafe doing its thing. We don't have fancy uniforms or menus, just hot drinks for the morning rush and whatever snacks we have ready on the counter.
