Radha Realtors Pvt Ltd is based out of 2381 Kodigehalli. We aren't in one of those shiny skyscrapers you see downtown. Our office is a lot more grounded, literally, right here in the neighborhood. Kodigehalli has been growing fast, but we still remember when there were way fewer houses around here. The office usually has a bit of red mud on the floor because we are always out looking at plots and walking through construction sites. We have a few old desks and some chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job just fine. We spend most of our time talking to locals or people looking to move into the area. It’s not a high-pressure environment; we just show people what’s available and let them decide. The fan in the ceiling makes a bit of a clicking noise, but we don't even notice it anymore. We keep some maps of the local layouts pinned to the wall so we can point things out easily. It’s a small team here and we mostly know everyone by their first name. We aren't big on marketing or fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or hearing about us from a neighbor. It’s a simple way to run a real estate business and it’s worked for us at this address for a long time. We just open the shutters in the morning and see who comes by.
