Rachita Real Estates & Land

We are located on the second floor of a building in Frazer Town. It's number 75/1. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs but it’s not too bad. We deal with real estate and land around this part of town. Frazer Town has so many old buildings and new ones coming up, so there is always plenty to do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites to check the boundaries. The office is just a couple of rooms with some old desks. We keep a lot of maps and ledger books. We aren't those fancy agents you see on TV. We are just local people who know who is selling what. People stop by to ask about prices or if we know any good plots nearby. It can get a bit hectic when a few people come in at once. We usually have the window open to let some air in from the street. You can hear the noise from below but we are used to it. We’ve seen the prices go up and down over the years. It’s a tough business sometimes but we’ve stuck with it. We don't do much marketing. Usually, it’s just someone’s cousin or friend telling them to come talk to us. We try to be straightforward about the land we show. Most of our day is spent balancing paperwork with being out on the field under the sun.
