You can find us at Shabaz Khan Apartments, specifically on the first floor at number 43 in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. It’s a residential area that’s grown quite a lot lately. Our office is inside the apartment complex, which makes it feel more like a home than a workplace. We have been doing this for several years now. Mostly, we deal with the houses and plots right here in R T Nagar. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we appreciate. We sit down with people and go over what they need without any rush. There’s usually a pot of tea going. We aren't interested in being the biggest agency around. We just like knowing the people who live in the neighborhood. Some of our clients have been coming to us for years, even if it's just to ask about a change in the local laws. The apartment building itself is older, but it’s sturdy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking to different blocks to check on listings. Every street here has its own character. Some are narrow and full of trees, while others are opening up for new builds. We keep our records in big binders and on a computer that sometimes acts up. It’s a simple setup for a simple job. We are just here to help sort out the local property stuff.
