Our office is located at 331 in the K.H.B Colony in Koramangala. We’re right there on Vaji Kotak Marg. Koramangala is a big area, but K.H.B Colony has its own feel to it. R M B Realtors has been operating from this building for quite some time. We aren’t one of those massive real estate firms with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us here doing the work. People come in looking for houses or maybe a spot for a new startup since this area is popular for that. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the colony to see what’s new. The office isn't fancy, just some desks and some old maps of the area. We like it that way. It feels more like home. We know the streets around Vaji Kotak Marg like the back of our hands. If someone is looking for a quiet corner or a place near the main road, we usually have a few ideas. It’s just about being helpful and knowing the neighborhood well. We don’t do a lot of promotional stuff. People usually find us because their friends told them we’re here. It’s just a regular local business helping neighbors find their next place. We’ve seen the colony change a lot over the years, but we’re still here, doing the same practical work we’ve always done.
