We've been here in Lakkasandra for a bit now. Our spot is right on 15th Cross, 2nd Main, just down the road from Deepti Nursing Home. People stop by when they're looking at property around here or just need to ask a question about a house. It’s not a fancy office, but we keep the doors open and the chairs are comfortable enough. Dealing with land and rentals takes up most of our time. Sometimes it's quiet, other days the phone won't stop ringing. We handle the paperwork and talk to owners and tenants every day. It’s busy work. The neighborhood has changed a lot lately, but we're still at number 22. Most folks just know us as the local real estate place on the corner. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth usually brings people in. You can usually find one of us sitting at the desk sorting through files or out showing a place nearby. If you walk past the nursing home, you’ll see our sign. It's a straightforward setup. We just focus on getting the deals done without making a big fuss about it. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. It's just what we do. The morning starts with a lot of tea and checking the new listings on our boards. We spend a lot of time walking to the different plots in the heat. It's how things get done here and it keeps us on our toes.
