R K Real Estate and Auto Consultant has been operating out of this small office on Adi Kabir Ashram Road for quite some time. We are at 41276 in RT Nagar, 1st Main 5th Cross. It’s one of those spots where you can find a mix of everything. One hour we might be talking about a house for rent and the next we are looking at a used car. The walls have a few old calendars and photos of properties we’ve handled over the years. It’s not a high-tech office. We still use a lot of paper and local ledgers. RT Nagar is a crowded place, and our street is no exception. People stop by to ask about land prices or if we know anyone selling a bike. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites around the 5th Cross area. It gets a bit hectic when three people walk in at once wanting different things. We usually have some tea going and talk through the options. There is no fancy sales pitch here. We just tell people what is available and what the prices are like. The traffic on 1st Main can be a nightmare, but we’re used to it. It’s a local business run by local people who know the neighborhood inside out. Most people come to us by word of mouth anyway, so we just keep things simple and honest.
