R K Estates

R K Estates is situated over at Hebbal 18. If you know the Hebbal area, you know it has grown a lot recently with all the new flyovers and buildings going up. We have been watching it happen from our small office here. We mostly deal with local property. It is just a handful of us working here every day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites to check on things. The office is usually open early. We keep things pretty informal. There is no dress code or anything like that. We just focus on getting the work done. People come to us when they want to buy or sell something in this part of the city. We have a lot of maps and old records lying around. It helps to know the history of the plots in Hebbal. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks. Sometimes it gets quite loud with the traffic outside but we are used to it by now. We do not have a big corporate structure. If you call, you just talk to one of us directly. We handle the basic stuff like showing houses and checking documents. It is steady work and it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We have seen many families move in and out over the years.
