R G Realtors is tucked away in 8 Block over here in Koramangala. Our office is 783/2 on the 2nd Main Road in Mohanwadi. It's a busy part of the city, and things change fast around here. One day a building is there, the next day it’s being renovated into a cafe. We’ve seen it all happen. We have been working out of this small space for a bit, mostly helping people find office spaces or apartments nearby. It’s a lot of walking and talking, really. We don’t have a flashy website or a team of people in suits. It is usually just us making sure the keys are in the right place and the agreements are signed correctly. Sometimes we forget to refill the water cooler, and the printer acts up when we have a lot to do, but that is just how it goes in a small office. We know the landlords around Koramangala pretty well by now. If a place has a leaky ceiling, we will tell you. We think it is better to be honest so nobody gets angry later. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know our faces. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Bangalore, just the one that people can actually talk to without feeling like they are being sold something. It's a simple operation, really, just us and our desks on the 2nd Main helping folks out daily with their property needs.
