R.D. Engineer

Finding No. 134 in Sdm Lane can be a little tricky if it’s your first time here. We’re near the Sultanpet Crossing in Manavarthipet. It’s a tight area with lots of narrow lanes and small shops everywhere. R.D. Engineer is tucked away here, and we like it that way. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but it serves us well. Inside, it’s mostly tools and parts scattered around. We don’t have a fancy waiting area or a secretary. Usually, you’ll find us with our sleeves rolled up working on something. The lane gets very busy with deliveries and people moving goods back and forth. It can be quite loud with all the shouting and the horns, but you get used to it. We’ve known the other shop owners on this lane for a long time. There’s a certain way of doing things here that doesn’t involve much formality. If someone needs something, they just walk in and ask. We handle our engineering work with the space we have. It’s a bit messy, and there’s always grease or dust on the tables, but that’s just the nature of the job. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to get the orders out the door by the end of the day.
