R & D Institute

We've been at this spot in Banashankari 2nd Stage for quite some time now. Being right near the Devegowda Petrol Bunk means it gets a bit noisy with all the traffic coming through 25th Main, but you get used to it after a few weeks. The R & D Institute isn't some massive office building with glass walls. It is just a practical place where we get our work done. Most days, it is just about managing the projects and making sure things are moving along. The building at No.3842 is easy enough to find if you know the area. Some people get lost looking for the specific cross, but the petrol bunk is the best landmark to use. We don't really do the whole corporate thing here. It’s mostly just us sitting around desks, drinking tea, and focusing on what needs to happen next. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break until it comes back on. That is just how things go in this part of Bangalore. We keep things pretty simple. There are no fancy brochures or big signs. If you walk in, you’ll see some old folders and a few computers that have seen better days. It works for us though. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It feels like a real community around here. We just try to stay busy and do right by the people who come to see us.
