QVC Realty Company is located right out by the Marathahalli Ring Road, at number 89/1. If you know that stretch, you know it’s always moving. Our office is right in the thick of it. We deal with real estate projects across this side of the city. It’s a lot of driving back and forth between sites and the office. The Ring Road traffic is something we deal with every single day, so we’ve gotten used to it. Inside the office, things are usually pretty casual. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years. We handle everything from looking at new plots of land to checking on how the construction is progressing. It’s practical work. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just want to get the buildings finished on time and make sure everything is solid. People come to us when they are looking for a place to stay near the tech parks. We tell them what’s available and what’s coming up. Sometimes the weather slows us down or there’s a delay with the materials, but we just deal with it. It’s a bit of a grind, but seeing a building go from a hole in the ground to a finished apartment is a good feeling. We just keep things moving, one day at a time, right here in Marathahalli.
