Purvi Properties

Purvi Properties is right over at 235 Indira Nagar. If you know where the Nandhini Restaurant is, then we’re basically right there nearby. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows it. Indira Nagar is always bustling, and being situated here means there is always something going on outside our window. We spend most of our time dealing with the local property scene. It's a lot of talking to people and looking at papers. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have a couple of desks and some old chairs that have seen better days. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road, but you get used to it after a while. Most people who come in are from around the area or looking to move here. We know these streets pretty well by now. It’s a lot of walking around and checking on things. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up, which is a bit of a pain in the mornings. We don't really do big advertising or anything. Mostly, people just find us because they saw the name while going for lunch at the restaurant next door. We’ve been in this spot for a while. It’s home for the business. We keep things pretty straightforward and honest with whoever walks through the door. Just a local office doing local work in a busy part of town. It can be stressful but we like the pace.
