Pure Foods International

Our place is at 352, 2A Main, over in Domlur Layout. Pure Foods International is not a massive factory; it is more of a focused setup where we handle our food products. Domlur is a nice, green area to work in, even if the traffic nearby can get a bit heavy. We spend our days checking the quality of the batches and making sure the packaging is done right. It is a lot of manual work and paying attention to the small things. The team here is small, just a few of us who have been in the food industry for a bit. We started this because we wanted to do something simple and good. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Usually, the smell of whatever we are processing fills the office, which we have gotten used to by now. We keep the equipment clean and follow our own checklists every morning. Most of our time is spent in the back area where the actual work happens. The front office is just a couple of desks and a phone. We are not trying to change the world, just making sure the food we send out is something we would eat ourselves. It is a lot of early mornings and staying on our feet, but it is rewarding in its own way. We just keep at it day by day.
