Pulese Real Estate

We’re located over at Marthahalli Victoria Layout, right across from Sud Guru Homes. It is a pretty busy spot to be in. Our office at Pulese Real Estate has been around for a good while now. Most mornings are spent just sorting through the local listings we have on hand. You can see the traffic moving constantly outside the window all day long. It gets quite noisy but that is just how this part of Bangalore is. Some days are slower than others. We mostly just sit here, drink some tea, and talk to whoever happens to walk through the door. Other days we are out on the road checking on different sites. Marthahalli has changed a lot since we first started out here. There are so many more buildings now than there used to be. Our main desk is usually covered in maps and old files. We don’t really use much fancy software or anything. It is mostly just us and our handwritten notebooks. People usually know where to find us because of the local landmarks. If you miss Sud Guru Homes, you have definitely gone too far. We handle a lot of the local paperwork for folks around here. It isn't a massive operation or anything. It is just a few of us trying to keep things organized. We try to keep things simple for everyone. Dealing with land and houses is a headache for many, so we take it one step at a time.
