Propzone

Propzone is tucked away in Indira Nagar, right on the 4th Cross of 7th Main. The address is 541, if you’re looking for the gate. We’ve been operating out of this part of town for a while now. It’s a lively neighborhood, though parking is always a bit of a gamble around here. Mostly, we just spend our time helping people find spots to live or set up shop. The office is pretty simple, nothing too flashy. We have a couple of desks and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. It’s mostly us on the phone or driving around to show properties to folks. Some days we are stuck in traffic for hours just to show one apartment, but that’s Bangalore for you. We know the streets around Indira Nagar like the back of our hands. It’s mostly about knowing which landlord is reasonable and which building has decent water supply. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. If a place has a leak or the wiring is old, we just say it. People seem to appreciate that honesty. We handle a mix of rentals and sales. It’s a lot of back and forth, making sure the keys are ready and the papers are signed. Sometimes things go fast, other times it takes months to close a deal. We just take it as it comes and keep the coffee pot going in the office.
