Our office is located at 541 on 4th Cross, right near 7th Main in Basavanagar. It’s a quiet enough spot in Karelibaag where we handle a lot of the local paperwork for properties. We spend most of the morning on the phone or looking at maps of the area. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a plot of land or wanting to know what’s for rent nearby. We try to keep track of who is selling and who is looking, which keeps us pretty busy most weeks. The desks are usually covered in files and folders from different projects we’re keeping an eye on. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us who know the streets around here pretty well. Sometimes we have to go out and look at a building ourselves to see what shape it's in. The weather can make those trips a bit of a hassle, but it's part of the routine. We’ve been in this part of Basavanagar for a bit and have seen the houses go up one by one. People stop by for a chat or to check on their documents. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. It’s practical work, mostly just making sure the right people find the right places to stay or work. Some days are slow, while others feel like we can't catch a break. It’s just the way this business goes.
