Our office is at M 02 in the Regol De Richmond building. It’s at number 70 in Richmond Town, specifically on Madan Gopal Haveli Road. Being near Vellara Junction means there is always a lot of movement outside, which keeps things interesting. The office itself is a decent size, though it gets cluttered with maps and property documents fairly quickly. We spend a lot of time talking to people about where they want to live or what kind of space they are looking for. It’s not about big speeches; it’s mostly just looking at the facts and seeing what’s available in the area. The building has that classic look you find around Richmond Town. We’ve got a few chairs for visitors and a table that has seen better days. It's often quiet in the morning before the phones start ringing. We usually have a map of the local blocks pinned to the wall with various notes scribbled on it. Sometimes we have to head out to meet people at different sites, so the office sits empty for an hour or two. It’s a practical way to work. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the traffic at the junction. People find us because they know we’ve been around this part of the city for a while. We don't have any fancy decorations, just the essentials needed to help someone find a place to stay or work.
