Property World

Property World is located at 12 Kadugondanahalli in the Subhan Building. If you know the area, you know it stays pretty active. Our office is tucked in there, and it’s usually filled with maps and stacks of files. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites around the neighborhood. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We’re usually in sturdy shoes because we spend so much time walking through half-finished buildings or empty lots. The Subhan Building has been our home base for quite a while. Sometimes the lift doesn't work right, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It keeps us fit, I guess. We talk to all sorts of people, from landlords to folks looking for their first small apartment. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the details are right. We keep a big calendar on the wall to track everything, but it still gets messy sometimes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most of the people who come to us heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. We just try to be honest about what’s available in Kadugondanahalli. It’s a busy life, but it’s interesting to see how the neighborhood changes every year. Just look for the Subhan Building and you’ll find us easily enough. There is a tea stall right across the street where we spend most of our breaks chatting with the locals.
