Property Mall

We are located at 88 Nagawara 1st Stage, specifically on 1st B Cross, Park Road. Our office is in the Muneshwara Building, which is right next to Manyata Tech Park. Being so close to the tech park means we see a lot of people moving in and out of the area every single day. Property Mall is not a huge mall like the name might make you think. It is just our office where we help people figure out where they want to live or buy. We know this neighborhood really well because we spend all our time here. We have seen Nagawara grow from a quiet spot to what it is now. We deal with all kinds of properties, from small flats to bigger plots, and we do not try to sugarcoat things. If a place has issues, we will probably tell you. We are not here to give you a sales pitch. We just want to show you what is available and help with the paperwork. The Muneshwara Building is easy enough to spot if you are coming from the main road. We keep a simple setup inside. A few desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of maps and files. It is a busy job because the market around Manyata is always moving fast. We just try to keep up and stay honest with the people who come to see us. It is just a local business trying to help neighbors find a place to stay.
