Property Lucky Stones

Our office is right next to Lakshmi Store in RT Nagar, at number 14. We deal with land and building materials, mostly. People come in when they are looking to buy a bit of property or if they need stones for their construction. The desk is usually covered in site maps and dusty ledgers. RT Nagar is a tight neighborhood, so everyone knows where Lakshmi Store is, which makes it easy for people to find us. We aren't big corporate players; we just know the local area well. Sometimes the phone rings all day with people asking about prices, and other days it’s quiet enough to read the paper. We spend a lot of time out at the sites, so the office might be locked for an hour or two while we show someone a plot. The chairs in the waiting area are a bit old, but they’re comfortable enough. We talk to a lot of neighbors who are just curious about what’s being built nearby. It’s a lot of talking and walking around in the sun. We keep a cooler of water for anyone who drops in. Dealing with property takes a lot of patience because the paperwork never seems to end. We just do our bit to help people get their documents in order or find a spot that fits their budget without making things too difficult for them.
