Property Links

Our shop is tucked away in 5th Avenue on Brigade Road, specifically Shop No 307. If you know the area, we are right across from the Pizza Hut, which makes it easy for people to find us. Property Links has been in this building for quite some time. Brigade Road is always buzzing with people and music, but once you get up to the 5th floor, it gets a little quieter. We deal with all sorts of property matters every day. It involves a lot of paperwork and checking on sites across the city. The office isn't very large, just enough room for a few chairs and a table where we can spread out maps and documents. Sometimes we’re out in the field more than we are in the shop. It’s a lot of running around, honestly. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. Just the name on the door. Most people come to us because they heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We try to keep things straightforward and honest because real estate can get confusing for people. We drink a lot of coffee from the place downstairs. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is slow, but we don't mind. Working in the heart of the city has its ups and downs, mostly with the noise, but it’s where everything happens. We just do our work and try to stay organized.
