Property Link

We started Property Link out of an office in Krishna Krupa, which is over in Girinagar. We are on the second floor, number 41456. It’s right near where the Vijaya Bank is, so that makes it easy for folks to find us. We mostly spend our days talking to people about houses and land around here. It’s a lot of walking around and looking at different spots. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some chairs for people to sit and a table where we look at maps of the area. Girinagar is a nice part of town, and we’ve seen it change quite a bit lately. There's always someone coming in asking about prices or looking for a place to rent. We don't use big fancy software or anything. We mostly keep notes in journals and on the board. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times it's quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who know the local streets and who owns what. We try to be helpful when someone is looking for a new home. It's a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork. But we like being in this building. The stairs to the second floor keep us moving. It's a steady job and we've been doing it a long time.
