Property Expo

Property Expo took place at the Kanteerava Stadium on Cubbon Road. This was back in July 2008, specifically from the 25th to the 27th. We set everything up inside the stadium and were open from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM each day. Bangalore's 560001 area is usually busy, but during those three days, it was even more so with people coming in to see the stalls. The stadium is a big venue, so there was a lot of ground to cover. We spent a lot of time making sure the layout made sense for everyone walking through. It was not a permanent office or anything, just a focused event for that specific weekend. Being on Cubbon Road meant it was easy for people to find us, though parking is always a bit of a headache around there. We had a lot of different people involved in getting it all ready. It was long hours, starting early in the morning and staying until the doors closed at night. The weather was typical for July in Bangalore. We did not have any fancy marketing slogans or anything like that. We just wanted a place where people could look at properties and talk to developers. It was a practical way to get everyone in one room. Looking back, those dates in 2008 were quite hectic for us, but that is just how these things go. It was a lot of work for a three-day window.
