Prop Next In

Our office for Prop Next In is located at 104 Whitefield, specifically on the 2nd floor of the Prestige Omega building. It is quite close to Vydehi Hospital, so we hear the ambulances going by pretty often. Being in Whitefield means there is always a lot of traffic and people rushing around. We spend most of our hours sitting at our desks, looking over property listings or talking to people on our mobile phones. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper files stacked up in the corner. We get a lot of people walking in because they saw our sign or were visiting someone else in the building. Carnac Bunder is a bit of a distance, but we manage things from this spot. The 2nd floor can get quite busy with people from the other companies, so we usually keep our door open to let some air in. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us trying to keep track of which apartments are available and who is looking to move. Sometimes we have to drive out to show a place, and that takes up most of the afternoon. By the time we get back, the desk is usually covered in messages we missed. We just take things one day at a time here. It’s a practical way to work in a very busy part of the city.
