Project Engineer

Located at 786, Manubai Complex on the 4th Cross in Vijnapura, our setup as Project Engineer is pretty straightforward. Vijnapura is a residential area that has grown a lot, so there is always some kind of work happening around the corner. Our office is inside the complex, and it’s a bit of a maze to find us if you haven't been here before, but it’s a quiet place to get the planning done. We don't have any flashy signs or a big reception desk. It’s mostly just us, our desks, and a lot of paper rolls scattered around. The 4th Cross is usually busy with people living their lives, and we feel like a part of that community. Most of our day involves sitting down with local contractors or checking the math on a new structural plan. It’s not glamorous, but it is the kind of work that needs to be done right. We deal with the everyday realities of construction in Bangalore, like material delays and weather changes. We like the fact that we can walk down the street for a coffee and run into someone we are working for. It makes the job feel more personal. We focus on the small details that keep a project moving forward, even when things get a bit chaotic with the local logistics. It’s just us doing our best with the tools we have.
