Project Engineer

We operate Project Engineer out of Rayachoty, specifically in the Botlacheruvu area of Cuddapah. It’s a dry and dusty place, but we like it here. Our setup is pretty basic. We have the tools we need and a place to sit and think through problems. The engineering work we do isn't about being fancy or showing off. It’s about making sure things don't fall down and that everything fits where it’s supposed to be on the ground. Subbareddy is the name you’ll see on most of the papers we sign. We spend a lot of time out in the sun, checking on how the work is progressing at various sites around town. Sometimes we have to argue a bit with suppliers to get what we need on time. That’s just part of the job. We don’t have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just want to do the engineering work right the first time so we don’t have to come back and fix it later on. It saves everyone time and money. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a structural detail or a drainage issue. We don’t dress up in suits. We wear what’s practical for a construction site and the local weather. It’s a simple way of working. We’ve been part of the Rayachoty community for a while now, and we just keep our heads down and do the work. It is not complicated, it is just engineering.
