Project Engineer And Production Incharge

Our workspace is located at 26 Laggere Main Road, right at Cross Road 3. It is a busy industrial kind of area. I work here as the project engineer and production incharge. It’s a lot of responsibility but it basically means I make sure things get built correctly and on time. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of that. It’s a floor filled with machines and the sound of work being done. I spend most of my day on my feet, walking between the different stations and checking on the progress. Sometimes a machine breaks down and the whole day gets thrown off, which means we end up staying late to catch up. It’s not always easy, and the noise can get to you after a while. We aren't a huge factory, just a focused team trying to get our orders out the door. I deal with the technical drawings and make sure the materials are what they are supposed to be. It’s honest, gritty work. The neighborhood of Laggere is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't do much in the way of promotion. We just focus on the jobs we have and try to keep everything running smoothly. It’s about keeping the production lines moving and making sure the final product is decent. That's really all there is to it. We just keep our heads down and work.
