We work for Production And Quality Engg In Ananta Garments Pvt Ltd. Tirupur, and our base is at Number 839 on the 19th Cross in Hmt Layout. This is in Vidyaranyapura in Bangalore. Our work involves garments and making sure the quality is right before things leave the shop. The building is a standard layout for this part of Bangalore. We have a lot of sewing machines and tables for inspecting the clothes. It can get quite loud with all the machines running at once. We don't have a fancy showroom. Our focus is on the floor where the clothes are actually made. We spend our days looking at seams and fabric. The staff here knows exactly what to look for. We have some tea breaks outside where it is a bit quieter. Finding us is easy if you follow the cross streets in Hmt Layout. We don't do any marketing or have a sales team. We just handle the production side of things. It is a lot of hard work and staying on your feet. The office area is just a small corner with a couple of chairs. We prefer it this way. It is a real workshop where things get built. We just keep our heads down and finish the orders as they come in. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a generator to keep the machines going. We just try to do a solid job on every piece of clothing we handle.
