Prithvi Associates

We’ve been here at 33/2 Sampangiram Nagar for a while now. The office is on the ground floor of the building on Anand Mahal Road. It’s pretty easy to find if you know where the Devanga Sangha Hostel is because we’re right across from it. Usually, there’s a bit of traffic on this road during the mornings, but it quietens down later on. The space inside isn't anything fancy, just a regular ground floor setup where we get our work done. We deal with various things people need help with locally. It’s mostly just us sitting here handling the paperwork and talking to folks who drop by. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few people arrive at once since the ground floor isn't huge. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years. We see the students and people from the hostel walking by all day. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people just find us because they live nearby or someone told them where the office is. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s just a normal workplace with a few desks and some chairs for people to wait. We usually open up in the morning and stay until the evening. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, nothing too complicated about how we run Prithvi Associates.
