Print Point Estate Agency

Print Point Estate Agency is located over at New Thippasandra, right in Sector- 28B. We are on Madhya Marg at number 736. It’s a bit of a busy spot. Most of the time, the phone is ringing with people asking about flat rentals or shop spaces. We started out doing some printing too, which is why the name is like that, but mostly we just handle the local property stuff now. The office is small but it works for us. We have a few desks and a lot of maps of the area pinned up on the walls. It gets a bit chaotic when three people come in at once wanting to see different houses. We just grab the keys and head out on the scooter. Dealing with landlords is the hardest part. They always have so many rules and sometimes they change their minds at the last minute. We just try to find a middle ground so everyone stays happy. It’s a local business through and through. We know which streets get flooded when it rains and which ones are quiet at night. Madhya Marg 736 is where we keep the files and meet the owners. It’s not a big corporate setup with fancy brochures. Just us working through the day. Sometimes we close a bit early if there's no one around. That's just life here in Thippasandra, and we’ve been doing it this way for years.
