Prime Hospitality Equipments And Services is located at No 26, on the 1st Floor. It is a simple setup we have got here. We mostly deal with all the gear that hotels and restaurants need to keep their kitchens running properly. It gets pretty hectic sometimes when a lot of repairs come in at once. We have been at this for a while, so we know our way around most commercial kitchen tools and appliances. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our tools and manage the service calls. Usually, our guys are out on the field fixing stuff, but there is always someone here to answer the phone or talk to a walk-in customer. We handle the maintenance and supply side of things. If a stove breaks or a fridge stops working in a busy kitchen, it is a big problem for them, so we try to get to it as fast as we can. We do not spend money on fancy brochures or marketing. We just rely on doing the work properly so people call us back next time they have a breakdown. It is a lot of grease and hard work, but we like the pace. The 1st floor can be a bit quiet compared to the street, which helps when we are trying to figure out a tricky technical issue. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing to keep the local hospitality businesses going.
