Preethika Cabs

Our office is in the Hometech Suhanbhav Apartment on Rustambagh Road. It’s a small setup for Preethika Cabs. Most of the time, the cars are out on the road and only the office staff is here at the desks. We handle the bookings and talk to the drivers throughout the shift. It’s a lot of coordinating between people. Traffic in this part of town can be tricky, especially near the main roads, so we spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking on the phone. We don't have a big fancy lobby for people to wait in. Most people just call us or book through the usual ways. We try to keep the cars in good shape and the drivers know the city streets pretty well. Sometimes it’s airport runs in the middle of the night, other times it’s just someone needing to get across town for a doctor's visit. We’ve been at this location for a while now. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s fairly quiet around the office itself compared to the main road. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us making sure the rides show up when they are supposed to. Some days are slow, and some days the phone doesn't stop for hours. We just take it as it comes. It's a simple business. We know our regulars and they know where to find us when they need a trip.
