Precision Engineering & Chiming Equip.

Our unit is located at number 31 in the M.M. Industrial Estate, right there in Jayanagar 7th Block. It is a tight space but it works for what we do at Precision Engineering & Chiming Equip. Jayanagar is a nice area, though the industrial side of it is a bit different from the parks and shops nearby. We handle a lot of metalwork and specialized equipment here. Sometimes the chiming part gets people curious, but it’s just technical stuff we have been doing for a long time. The machines are old but we keep them running smooth. It is mostly just a few of us in the workshop every day. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. You just walk in and someone will be there at a bench working on a part. We get a lot of local work and some from further out, too. The traffic around the 7th Block can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to get our loading done early in the day. It’s a simple operation, nothing too complicated about how we run things. We focus on the engineering side and try to keep the errors to a minimum. If things break, we fix them. That is the way we have always operated. No fancy uniforms or big signs, just the work and the address in the estate.
