Pravasi Real Estate

My name is part of Pravasi Real Estate and we are set up on Indira Nagar Main Road. You can find us right near the SBI branch, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Being on the main road means it's always crowded, but it's good for business. I’ve been working in real estate in this area for a long time. It’s mostly about knowing who is moving and who is selling. We don't have a huge office with glass walls or anything. It's just a small room where we talk to people about houses and land. Most of the time I’m out on my scooter looking at properties anyway. The office is just a place to keep the files and meet folks when they have questions. It gets hot in the summer because the sun hits the front of the building directly. We have a fan that helps a bit. People stop by after they finish their bank work at SBI. It's a convenient spot for that. I don't really use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people find a place to stay or sell what they have. It's a lot of talking and walking around. Indira Nagar has changed a lot since I started, but we are still here doing the same things. It's a steady life and we know the neighborhood inside and out. We don't try to be something we are not.
