Pratiba Bidadikar

Based out of Whitefield in Bangalore, Pratiba Bidadikar is just a local setup handled by real people. The 560066 area is known for being quite busy these days, but we’ve managed to find our own corner here. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a place where we sit down and get the work done. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just write down what’s happening. Most days are spent responding to requests and keeping track of various tasks. It’s a lot of computer work and phone calls. Whitefield has grown so much since we first started, and the traffic has definitely gotten worse, but we stay put. We like being part of this community. We don't use any special jargon or try to sound like experts. We just do what we know. It’s a practical approach to business. Sometimes we stay late to finish up, and other days we leave a bit early if things are quiet. There’s no rigid corporate structure here. It’s just us. We value the fact that people can just reach out and talk to a person, not a machine. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in Bangalore. We are just here in Whitefield, doing our daily thing and trying to keep everything moving forward without too much fuss.
