Pratham Real Estate

Pratham Real Estate is situated right at Virgo Nagar Gate No1. This is in Subhash Nagar, over in Andheri East. We are very close to Garden City College, so there are always students walking past the office on their way to class. It’s a very lively part of Andheri. The office is right near the gate, which makes it easy to spot. It’s just a simple room with a couple of desks and a lot of folders. We spend a lot of time talking to people about houses and land. The traffic in Andheri East is something else, so there is a constant background noise of horns and engines. You get used to it after a while. Sometimes we just stand by the gate and watch the crowd go by. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our records and meet people. We have a small fan that wobbles a bit, but it keeps the air moving. It’s a busy spot because of the college and the gate, so there is always something happening outside. We just keep things simple and handle the real estate business as it comes. It’s a regular neighborhood office where we do our daily work and wait for the next person to walk through the door. Usually, we close up when the sun goes down.
