Our business is located at 8 Silver Jubilee Park Road, tucked into K S Lane. We are in the S K M Mansion building, which is right near the old Pipe House landmark. If you know the SJP Road area, you know it’s one of the busiest market spots in the whole city. It’s crowded, the lanes are narrow, and there are always carts and bikes moving around. We deal with agriculture products, so we have all sorts of equipment and parts stacked up in the warehouse area. It’s a bit of a struggle to keep everything organized when space is so tight, but we manage. The building is older, and the stairs are a bit steep. We spend a lot of our time talking to farmers and traders who come in from out of town. They usually have a lot of questions about which pump or tool is right for their land. We don't have any fancy displays; things are just kept on heavy shelves or in wooden crates. The air around here is always thick with the smell of the market and exhaust. We start our day early to get the stock sorted before the crowds get too thick. It’s a lot of manual work, moving heavy items and checking invoices. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and have seen the market change quite a bit.
