We are located right over on Old Race Course Road, specifically in HAL 3rd Stage. If you know where New Karthik Sweets is on New Thippasandra Main Road, we’re just right across from there at number 73. It’s a lively spot to have an office, especially with all the food smells from the sweet shop drifting over. Prajwal Real Estate has been around this neighborhood for quite some time. We handle the usual property stuff that people need in this part of town. The office isn't very large, just enough space for some chairs and a table where we can sit and talk about houses or plots. It gets pretty crowded on the main road during the evenings, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we make it work. We spend a lot of our time out and about, checking on places or meeting people at different sites around the area. It’s a lot of walking and talking, really. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of the people who come to us are just locals or friends of friends. We keep our files in old cabinets and try to remember everyone's name. It’s a simple way to run a real estate business. We just try to be honest about what we know and help people find a place that fits their needs. Nothing too complicated about it. We just open up and see what the day brings.
