Pooja Foods & Beverages

You can find our building at 211 on 1st Main Road. We are on the corner where 7th Cross is in Chamarajpet. This is an older part of the city. There is always something happening right outside the door. Pooja Foods & Beverages is a fairly small operation. We do a bit of everything when it comes to food and drinks. The building itself has been here for many years. It is not very big, so we really have to use every bit of space we have available. The 1st Main Road is almost always crowded with people and scooters going by. We have gotten used to the noise over time. Inside, things are a bit more organized, but it is still very busy. We have a few machines and some long tables for the packing work. It is a local spot through and through. People from around Chamarajpet stop by to talk sometimes. We do not have a big corporate team at all. It is just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We know each other’s families and stories. The work is physical and it definitely keeps us on our feet all day. We do not spend time writing many emails. We just talk and get the orders ready to go. It is a simple way to run a business. The air smells like the food we are processing. It is just real life for us.
