Pooja City Taxi

We are based out of building 213 on Chandvarkar Road in the Kundalahalli area. It is a small setup where we manage the cabs and keep track of all the bookings. The office isn't much to look at, just a couple of tables, some old logs, and a landline that never seems to stop ringing. Most of the time, the drivers are out on the road, so it’s just one or two of us here keeping things moving. We handle a lot of airport drops and local runs around this side of town. It gets pretty frantic during the morning rush when everyone wants a taxi at the same time. We try our best to get a car to everyone, but sometimes the traffic in Kundalahalli makes it a real challenge. We don't use any high-tech tracking systems or anything like that, just our phones and knowing the city well. The drivers have been with us for a while, so they know the shortcuts through the side streets. There is always a pot of tea going in the back room for when someone finishes a long shift. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. People just have our number saved in their phones and call us when they need a ride. It is a basic business, but we make sure the cars are clean and the drivers are ready to go every single day. We stay open late into the night because people always need a way to get home.
