Poineer Engineers

Being on the 3rd floor of 192, Subbarama Chetty Road is interesting because we get a good view of the traffic in Basavanagudi. We are right opposite Sona Electricals, so it’s easy to tell people where to go. Poineer Engineers is a small team. We spend most of our time at our desks or out at project sites. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and spare parts scattered around. We have some old filing cabinets that squeak every time you open them, but they hold all our important records. Working in an older building like this has its quirks. Sometimes the lift doesn't work and we have to climb all those stairs. It keeps us fit, I suppose. We do a lot of technical work, mostly focused on machinery and electrical systems. It's not the kind of job where you stay clean. We often come back from sites with grease on our hands. Basavanagudi is a busy area, so finding parking for our clients is always a bit of a headache. We usually tell them to just park down the street and walk. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a fancy greeting. Usually, it's just me or one of the guys picking up and asking what needs fixing. We just try to solve the problems that come our way.
